FCC Targets 19 Million Rural Americans
Asheville, NC (August 2, 2012) — The FCC is reforming the Universal Service Fund (USF) into the Connect America Fund to focus on broadband. This is a recognition that broadband has become a necessity for American families. The goal is to expand high speed Internet to millions of consumers across the country.
